| What is BPT? |

| As a teacher, when a person works in an institution, there would be times he/she is required to handle many critical situations. The person could feel low both mentally and emotionally because of problems related to the students, work pressure from the management, stress at work or home. In these situations, a teacher has to be like a bullet proof where none of these external factors will affect his/her work or capability or decision making power etc. They are not only responsible for imparting academic knowledge, but are also responsible for inculcating the right values and principles to their students. |

| The knowledge and content is always available with the institution, what is often missing is the process of how to get these messages across to the students and how to motivate them to learn by themselves. |
